Founded by Roland Suniula, a former international rugby player turned strategic consultant, RSB Consulting brings a global perspective and strong leadership foundation. Roland’s experience in elite sports and cross-cultural collaboration informs his approach to leading teams and managing complex operations.
Courtney Suniula adds over 15 years of logistics, supply chain, and infrastructure coordination experience, supporting large-scale operations and ensuring projects run seamlessly from planning to completion.
